Privacy Policy

1. Who's responsible for your data

LW Agent is built and operated by a single developer ("Darky"), who acts as the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach the developer via the official Discord server or the /feedback command - see Support.

2. What data we collect

• From Discord: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar, plus the servers and roles needed to determine what you can access on the dashboard (via Discord OAuth login).
• Self-reported profile data: your in-game UID and nickname, and - if you choose to submit them - squad power and squad type figures.
• Alliance data: power totals and history submitted by your alliance's leadership or officers, used to track growth over time.
• Uploaded images: screenshots submitted for features like SvS reporting or giveaways are stored so they can be displayed back in the bot or dashboard.

3. Why we process it

To provide the features you or your server explicitly use - for example, moderators review and approve profile-linking requests before that data is used anywhere else in the bot. We don't process your data for advertising or resell it in any form.

4. Who we share it with

Discord (to operate the bot and dashboard login), our hosting provider (to run the servers LW Agent runs on), and Google Gemini when a screenshot is processed for automatic data extraction. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your server keeps using LW Agent, or until you or a moderator with the right permissions removes it. You can request deletion of your data at any time - see below.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or ask us to restrict or object to how it's processed. Reach out via /feedback in Discord or a message to the developer, and we'll act on it.

7. Cookies

The dashboard uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in - see the Cookie Policy for the full list and what each one does.

8. Children

LW Agent is not intended for anyone below Discord's own minimum age requirement (13, or higher where required by local law).

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
