1. About LW Agent

LW Agent is an independent, fan-made companion tool for Last War: Survival - a Discord bot and web dashboard built and maintained by a single developer ("Darky") for the game's community. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developers or publisher of Last War: Survival.

2. Using the bot and dashboard

By inviting LW Agent to your server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Don't use LW Agent to spam, abuse other members, or attempt to disrupt the bot or dashboard.

Server administrators are responsible for how LW Agent is configured within their own community, including who they grant moderator/R4 permissions to.

3. Self-reported data

In-game details you submit - profile UID, nickname, squad power, squad type, alliance power figures, and similar - are self-reported. Moderators can review and approve linking requests, but LW Agent does not independently verify this data against the game itself beyond what a moderator checks.

4. Availability

LW Agent is provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis, as an independent project. There's no guaranteed uptime, and features may be added, changed, or removed over time - see the Changelog for what's shipped.

5. Limitation of liability

LW Agent is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bot or dashboard - including decisions made based on data it displays (calculator results, alliance power figures, battle plan assignments, and the like).

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Continuing to use LW Agent after a change means you accept the updated terms.
